Training and Development

Ongoing training and development is one of PSG’s core values.

  • All new hires receive six weeks of formal training before they are assigned to a team. The program is not informal on-the-job training; rather our structured training approach is designed to train new hires on how to be successful serving our clients and candidates.

  • All staff (100%) attend weekly training sessions conducted 50 weeks of the year.

  • PSG engages the best available training resources:

    • Professional trainers from outside of PSG are employed on a regular basis to conduct training sessions.

    • Experienced PSG staff members conduct classroom training in areas where they are subject matter experts.

    • Staff members attend seminars held by outside organizations.

  • Managers (and managers-in-training) receive weekly training sessions designed specifically to develop their managerial, sales, and recruiting skills.
