Our Guaranteed Work Program® (GWP) is an excellent alternative for candidates who want the assurance of a permanent job and the flexibility of temporary assignments.
As a GWP employee, you'll arrive at our office at 8:00 am each morning. You may be assigned to a short-term, long-term, or temp-to-hire position; an internal project here at PSG; or you may be sent to a local nonprofit organization to help in their office. You'll be paid a guaranteed hourly rate regardless of your assignment, and you'll be eligible for our comprehensive benefits package.
